DigitalRez is proud to announce that we have partnered with some of the industries leading processing technologists to bring you the latest, most secure credit card processing.
This new initiative will replace the ROS2006 front desk and RezRobot online booking tokenization process. With the stringent PCI III regulations we have been diligently preparing our systems to surpass these requirements for PADSS (which is a very important part of PCI).
To meet this challenge and to prepare for the mobile era that is upon us all,We have invested over $3,000,000 in the past 3 years
preparing for this challenge.
With the world-wide economic slump we have also changed the way we do business. We have lowered your costs for infrastructure, PCI mitigation and introduced a pay-as-you-go licensing structure (which includes support), all with no long term contract.
To this end, our Windows based ROS2006 Front Desk has been phased out and no longer supported as of June 30th 2014. Our RezExpert system is now launched.
As of May 8th 2018 Full EMV integration is Available
Integrated swipe functionality through RezExpert is available with Nationwide. You will need specially encrypted swipe devices (sourced by Nationwide) which will help take your environment to out of scope status FOR PCI (PA-DSS). All refunds can now be performed through RezExpert. You can also take a credit card on file which is stored in your Nationwide account (not RezExpert) so that you can then charge the credit card at a later date (through your online Nationwide account). To store the card number there will be a $1 auth placed on the users card to make sure it is a valid card. This auth falls off automatically after a set time.
You will need initial training from Nationwide before DigitalRez can take your payment processor live. Once you are registered with Nationwide they will send us the following information to fill into your RezExpert system. We will walk you through the process and initial transactions to test the installation.
The Credit Card Vault will allow users to store credit card information within the Vault to be retrieved at a later time with the use of a 4 word combination.

For all Jetpay clients - secure swipe through the RezExpert system is NOW AVAILABLE.
All refunds will be performed manually through the Jetpay virtual terminal and then manually entered into the RezExpert system (I.e. payment received – amount (negative) -$150.00 – payment type – Visa) You will need to get initial training from Jetpay before Digital Rez can take your payment system live.
When using Jetpay you will need Jetpays:
GetReporting (Free)- to audit all transactions Virtual Terminal products (Free) – to process card present swiped transactions and refunds When you are registered with JetDirect they will send you the following information to put into your RezExpert system. We will walk you through the process and initial transactions to test the installation.
Payment Express offers a variety of secure PCI compliant payment solutions. Payment Express is a global Payment Gateway provider and is fully certified as Visa AIS and Mastercard SDP (PCI DSS) Compliant, ensuring end-to-end accountability.Payment Express allows operators to charge, and securely store the credit card for future payment. Pre-authorisation transactions and refunds are also accepted with Payment Express.All you need to get started with Payment Express is an E-Merchant Account number from your bank and DigitalRez will start your Payment Express application for you.You receive secure access to your Payment Express Payline account to report on credit card payments and the ability to recall a stored credit card for rebilling.

All Card present swipe transactions would be performed through the I4GO account and then manually entered into the RezExpert system (I.e. payment received – amount $20.00 – payment type – Visa) All refunds will be performed manually through the secure I4Go account and then manually entered into the RezExpert system (I.e. payment received – amount (negative) -$150.00 – payment type – Visa) You will need to get initial training from Shift 4 before DigitalRez can take your payment system live.
When you are registered with Shift4 they will send you the following information to fill into your RezExpert system. We will walk you through the process and initial transactions to test the installation.
