Housekeeping Module

RezExpert has an extensive housekeeping module. The housekeeping module allows you to set unlimited amounts of tasks per department or person. These tasks can be easily monitored and assigned by managers. When the task is complete employees can easily mark the task as complete or assign the task to another member of staff based on the access level the employee is set at.There is also an automated clean feature that displays on the reservation grid. When a reservation is checked out the unit number field turns red to warn the receptionist not to check anyone into the room until it is marked as clean by housekeeping.

Maintenance Module

RezExpert has an extensive Maintenance Module. The Maintenance Module allows you to set unlimited amounts of tasks per department or person. These tasks can be easily monitored and assigned by managers. When the task is complete employees can easily mark the task as complete or assign the task to another member of staff based on the access level of the employee.To complement the Tasks and Notes Manager RezExpert has a dynamic Tasks and Notes reporting panel to list and audit all Tasks and Notes, down to the person by date range and a number of other filters. The Tasks and Notes module ensures efficient management and tracking of work orders and maintenance jobs with real-time reporting and billing to owners if required.
